Terms of Use

The conditions under which this website may be used.

Last updated: 17 September 2026

Who these terms are between

This website is operated by Anthra Humanoids (“we”, “us”), a business based in Washington State, United States, and not yet incorporated. These terms govern your use of it. By using the site you accept them; if you do not agree with them, please do not use it. We will name the legal entity here as soon as it exists.

The site is information, not an offer

Everything here describes Anthra Humanoids and what we are building, in general terms. It is not an offer, a quotation, a commitment, a solicitation of investment, or professional advice, and reading it creates no contract between us. Anything we actually do together will be governed by a separate signed agreement, and only by that agreement.

Some of what we publish looks ahead — to capabilities, deployments, timelines or results we intend to achieve. Plans change. Nothing forward-looking on this site is a promise, and we are under no obligation to update it.

Our name, our content

The Anthra Humanoids name, the Anthra mark and logo, and all text, graphics, layout, code and design on this site belong to Anthra Humanoids or to whoever licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read the site and print or save pages for your own reference. Anything else — copying, republishing, modifying, framing, or using our name or mark in your own materials — needs our written permission first. Using the site gives you no licence to any of it.

All content on this site is © 2026 Anthra Humanoids, all rights reserved. Other names and marks that appear here may belong to their owners and are used for identification only; their use implies no affiliation or endorsement.

Using the site properly

Please do not: try to gain access to any part of the site or its systems you are not meant to reach; interfere with how it works or with anyone else's use of it; scrape or harvest it at a rate that burdens the service; introduce malicious code; use it to break any law; or send false, misleading, abusive, infringing or unlawful content through its forms. We may restrict access if you do.

What you send us

When you send a message, subscribe to updates or apply for a role, you confirm that what you provide is accurate, that you are entitled to share it, and that it infringes nobody's rights. We handle it as set out in our Privacy Policy. We are not obliged to reply to everything we receive.

Applying for a role is not an offer of employment and creates no employment relationship. Any role we offer will be set out in a written offer.

Unsolicited ideas

Please do not send us confidential information, business proposals, inventions or other ideas through this site. Anything you do send through the forms is treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we are free to use it for any purpose without obligation, payment or credit to you. This does not apply to your personal data, which stays protected by our Privacy Policy, and it is not meant to take away any patent or copyright you already hold. If you want to discuss something in confidence, contact us first at contact@anthrahumanoids.com and we will put an agreement in place.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that its content is complete, accurate or current.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither Anthra Humanoids nor its founders, officers, employees, contractors or agents is liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, business, revenue or profits, arising out of or connected with your use of or inability to use the site or anything on it, whether the claim is in contract, tort or otherwise and even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim connected with the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Other sites and services

Links to other websites, and services embedded here such as our form provider, are offered for convenience. We do not control them, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, their security or their privacy practices. Read their terms before you use them.

Changes

We may change the site, or these terms, at any time and without notice. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law and where disputes go

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the site, are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree that any such dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts sitting in the State of Washington, and each of us consents to those courts' jurisdiction. If you use the site from somewhere else, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with your local law. Nothing here takes away a consumer protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.

Odds and ends

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the site. You may not transfer your rights under them; we may transfer ours to a successor to our business.
